About Coach Dave

Passionate about basketball and coaching from a young age, Coach Dave is dedicated to making basketball accessible to everyone.

Having been recruited to D1 college ball and playing AAU through high school, he knows what it takes to level up and reach your athletic goals.

Through his work with community outreach programs bringing basketball to kids who might not have access otherwise and his inclusive philosophy, he makes everyone feel welcome.

From 5 to 65, whether you're learning the rules for the first time, want to brush up to increase your confidence for your recreation league, or you're prepping for try-outs, Coach Dave tailors your sessions to exactly what you're looking for.

Focusing on foundational techniques not only improves your game, but protects you from injury. We want you enjoying the game for as long as possible.

The Hustle in Heart Hustle & Hoops comes from a dedication to the growth mindset it takes to succeed.

It doesn't matter if you don't make every bucket - just show up, try your best, and have fun with it!

That's all we can ever ask of ourselves.

Basketball can teach us so much - and this is the biggest lesson of all.

Strength & Resilience.

Another one of the most important things I've learned is to practice when tired.

Shoot hoops at the end of a training session, then see how you compare to the start.

You have to be able to perform under pressure, whether from the other team, or your own body's fatigue.
